VELONI HOME – DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES

This agreement has been concluded between;

and

Buyer:
The person who places an order via the website

under the following terms.

2. SUBJECT

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product that the Buyer has ordered electronically via the Seller's website.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

The basic features, sales price, and payment information of the products are presented to the Buyer during the ordering process.
The Buyer acknowledges having read and approved this information.

4. PRICE AND PAYMENT

• All prices are stated including VAT.
• Payments are made via credit card / online payment systems.
• The Seller reserves the right to make changes to prices.

5. DELIVERY

• Products are handed over to the courier within the specified time after order confirmation.
• Delivery is made to the address specified by the Buyer during the order.
• The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days of receiving the product without providing any reason.

Under the right of withdrawal:

• The product must not have been used
• The original packaging must not have been damaged

7. EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must provide notification via the following contact information:

8. RETURN AND REFUND

• Returned products are inspected after they reach the Seller
• If found eligible, the payment is refunded within 5-10 business days

9. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

• Products produced specifically for the person
• Products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons

10. LIABILITY

The Seller is liable if the product is defective.
It is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use.

11. DISPUTES

The laws of the Republic of Turkey apply to disputes, and consumer arbitration committees are authorized.
